With more than a decade and a half in healthcare, including 16 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and advancing into professional nursing,I’ve worked across complex clinical settings, supported individuals through vulnerable moments, and partnered with families navigating critical decisions. This extensive background allows me to see the full picture: not just the diagnosis, but the person behind it.
